Flock 1.2 - download it here
Flock markets itself as a 'young' browser and it certainly is a useful tool for integrating your web life with social bookmarking and sites like Facebook.
However, Flock is also a very useful tool for subscribing to rss feeds - the automated news services of the web.
It also makes browsing for images for projects and home work easy too.
Flock is built around the Mozilla Firefox code.
Mozilla Firefox - download it here
Firefox is a safe and secure web browser, that offers its users the ability to add on a multitude of additional features.
See Mozilla Firefox add-ons.
It also has, like Opera above, very good page scaling and image enlargement capabilities for those users with special sight needs.
Translation on the Newport Children Centre web pages
We use Google machine code to translate the pages of our web site.
You can access 24 separate languages using the Google Translate box at the top any page on this site.
Of course, machine translations are not 100% accurate in meaning and syntax every time.
We do hope that you find the service useful though, in making the best of the information we increasingly provide on our site.
We are still working on the page formats for some languages..thank you for your patience if it looks a bit wobbly sometimes...
